Mission Statement

Fresh Start Cleaning and Maintenance is dedicated to providing part time and full time permanent employment for psychiatric survivors . Employee driven and operated, Fresh Start strives to create an equitable and supportive environment in which staff have opportunities to raise self esteem, learn a variety of skills, and enhance wellness. Our philosophy includes the encouragement of social activities to foster a sense of fellowship amongst our employees.

Our Goals

• To provide the highest possible level of maintenance and customer service to Fresh Start clients.
  
• To offer meaningful employment opportunities that are appropriate for the differing levels of abilities of psychiatric survivors.
  
• To provide some economic independence for those people now entirely dependent on public assistance.
